Hello, my name is Denise Lee, I received my Realtor Certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission in April of 2016 and have kept it active and in good standing since then. After 5 years of experience and successful transactions, I decided to spread my wings in the industry in the summer of 2021 when I created The Franco Real Estate Group. It is a Full Service Real Estate Company that offers Professional Real Estate Investment Expertise, Customized Marketing and Sales Strategies, Home Buyer Assistance and Much More. I am an advocate of Continued Education, not only for the Realtors on my team but also for our clients. In addition to my license, I hold an associate's degree in Architectural Design and a bachelor’s degree in Advertising. My abilities are not limited to selling and buying homes. With my additional skills, I am also capable of pinpointing and suggesting architectural features within homes and providing marketing tactics for your real estate journey.
